Recreational
Offered to adult rowers with experience who enjoy the freedom of getting out on the river independently. Members are provided with access to the finest boats, rowing machines and club room as well as all the social events of the club. Members are able to book boats directly online at times that are convenient and have their own membership fob to access the club and a dedicated Membership Manager to ensure all runs smoothly.
Please note that our Recreational Membership can only be confirmed once the applicant has successfully completed both a Navigation theory test as well as a practical 'on-water' test (this is charged separately).

Coached
Our Coached Adult membership offers you three coached sessions each week (two on the water and one on land) to help gain experience and confidence and lead you all the way to successfully compete at regattas throughout the country. This membership also gives you access to our ergs/gym facilties and discounts on our privately coached sessions and our navigation testing. Once you are a signed off steersperson, you are able to sign out boats with no extra charge. As well as this, there is a dedicated Membership Manager to ensure all runs smoothly.

Indoor
Indoor membership is suitable for those looking to improve their fitness, strength and rowing technique using the club’s dedicated indoor training room.The training room is equipped with 11 state-of-the-art rowing machines, resistance weight equipment and is fully air-conditioned. Membership also provides access to all of the social news and events of the club.

Friend of FRBC
By being a Friend of FRBC you will be directly helping support the ambitions of thousands of young people along the River Thames. You will be kept up-to-date on all of the latest developments with the charity and invited to our key events throughout the year. This is a great opportunity to make a difference and support the grass roots of rowing in the UK.
Junior Membership (Experienced)
We have 3 groups of Experienced Junior Membership. Each group will have their own training times and a slightly different focus which is detailed below. Our Junior Membership will aim to create a healthy, and positive environment, helping our members achieve their potential.We now offer membership (and payment) on a termly basis. Numbers are limited for each group and places will be offered ‘first come, first served’.

Group A For juniors in Year 10 to Year 13 from Sept 2023 and with race experience. Focus will be on competing at the bigger races over the season such as National Schools Regatta and Henley Royal Regatta. Additional training sessions will be brought in during the lead up races. Tuesdays – 5:30pm to 7pm, Thursdays – 6am to 7:30am, Sundays – 7am to 9am. £220 per term.
Group B For juniors in Year 11 and above from Sept 2023 with some rowing experience. Sessions will focus on teamwork and technique development. This group will target smaller races over the season such as the Ball Cup and local regattas. Mondays - 5:30pm - 7pm, Wednesdays - 5:30pm-7pm, Sundays - 9am - 11am. £220 per term.
Group C For juniors in Year 10 and above from Sept 2023 rowers who have limited rowing experience, having completed at least one Learn to Row course. Sessions will focus on enjoyment and development of skills on and off the water. Thursdays 5:30pm - 7pm, Sundays 1pm - 2:30pm. £125 per term.
Group D (First Year)
Our Group D is our Juniors’ first year of Membership in the J14 squad. Our will aim to create a healthy, and positive environment, helping our members achieve their potential.
* For junior rowers in Year 9 at school and starting their rowing pathway at Fulham Reach. No experience is required. Sessions will focus on enjoyment and development of skills on and off the water.
* 1 session a week split between water and land training to develop skills in the boat and prepare them for racing in the summer. Fun and social squad training with our older junior volunteers to develop teamwork and communication skills.
* Timings: Sundays 11:30am – 1:00pm
* £115 per term

The safety of our participants and members is at the heart of everything we do. Whether it be your first time on the water or your last training session before a big race, the team at FRBC will always ensure that both the facilities and equipment are in top working order and the session can be run in a safe environment.
