Immerse your team in a hands-on rowing experience on the stunning River Thames and course of the Oxford Cambridge Boat Race. This unique combination fosters effective communication, trust, and collaboration among team members, helping to boost morale and productivity.
Prices start for a 3-hour session at £540 for up to 4 people, £1,080 for up to 8, £1,620 for up to 12, £2,160 for up to 16, £2,700 for up to 20, and £3,240 for up to 24 people.
2. Environmental Action Day
Demonstrate your commitment to corporate social responsibility by participating in our environmental action day. Engage in our 'Pollution ROWbellion' River Clean up initiative and water quality testing to help the preservation of the Thames ecosystem. Participants can enhance their experience with a 'Just Row' rowing session combining environmental action with a unique adventure.
Prices start for a 3-hour session at £360 for up to 4 people, £720 for up to 8 people, £1,080 for up to 12 people, £1,440 for up to 16 people, £1,800 for up to 20 people, and £2,160 for up to 24 people.
3. Mental Well-being Day
Prioritise your team's mental well-being with a dedicated day that includes a revitalising Just Row rowing session and mental health training by experienced facilitators. Supercharge your day with additional Well at Work workshops delivered by Mind or unwind with breathing exercises and meditation class.
