Racing update - Monster the lock and Scullers Head

On Saturday 23rd September we have Fulham Reach Boat Club members racing at either end of the UK.

Moster the Loch

Four of our Midweek FRBC rowers, Caitlin, James, Sophia and Chris embarked on an incredible journey as they took on the renowned 'Monster The Loch' challenge. Rowing 33 kilometres in 3hrs 12min 16 seconds, covering the entire length of Loch Ness, from Fort Augustus to Dores, near Inverness. Coming 36th out of 100!!

Scullers Head

Closer to home we had a glorious day for this year's Vesta Scullers Head raced over the 4.25 mile course from Chiswick to Putney. There was a slight tailwind off the start that would have become a slight cross through the second half.

Andreas raced in Masters B and came 6/9 and 128 overall
Federico raced Masters Novice 8/20 and 340 overall
Farah raced WLwt 8/8 and 424 overall
