We will collect the minimum data required to confirm your booking and this includes physical activity readiness and communication options.
It is your duty to, update any changes to your physical activity readiness both before and during any activity with FRBC.
It is your duty to, update any changes to any of your details while you participate in activities at FRBC.
Payment is due immediately to reserve your place on the course or private coaching session.
In the event we are faced with adverse conditions. If we are unable to safely get on the water, we will continue with a valuable session on land. If a land session is not appropriate we will notify you by email along with a replacement session date.

Refunds for cancellations of any courses are not provided unless 28 days' notice in writing is given before the first session of the course.
Refunds for cancellations of private coaching are not provided unless 48 hours' notice in writing is given before the session.
