Yoga classes with Duffy are available in Hammersmith, Fulham Reach Boat Club - Tue/Thu 7am-8am, and Putney at Imperial College Boat Club Mon 8-9pm & Fri 7-8pm.
Its a great way to start (or end the day). Christina is a great coach and talks you through all movements.
The classes are held at Fulham Reach Boat Club and are open to both members and non-members.
