New Schools Manager Role

Fulham Reach Boat Club is on a mission to change the face of rowing in the UK.  We are a registered charity that is aiming to open rowing up to the state school sector by creating viable, competitive and successful boat clubs within each of our partner schools.  To help manage these relationships we are recruiting a Schools Manager that will lead on the pathway development for each school as well as being able to demonstrate the impact that rowing is having on the students.  The Schools Manager will line manage a team of coaches that will be delivering the sessions for each school.  The Schools Manager will also work with the Membership Manager and Club Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of FRBC.

The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of the UK junior rowing landscape and also be familiar with the River Thames.  They will need to be able to demonstrate high levels of organisation as they will be leading rowing activities for multiple clubs.  They will have experience of line management, have an incredible eye for detail and be able to present the latest participant data to both the CEO and Board of Trustees.  Most importantly they will have a passion for making rowing accessible to the state school sector.
