Row New York and FRBC - International Ergatta

On Saturday the 19th January we had some fantastic racing against students from Row New York using software which meant the rowing machines could talk to each other in real time.  Each organisation were able to field a team of three boys and three girls to take part in both individual events as well as team relays.  There were some extremely close races and the students representing Hammersmith Academy, Fulham Boys School and Hurlingham Academy did themselves proud against their US opposition.

RNY took the win in the Girls and Boys relay events as well as the Girls individual event,  FRBC were able to come out on top in the Boys individual event as well as the Team Relay.

We hope this can be the start of a great relationship between the two organisations and very much look forward to meeting up on the water soon.
