National Lottery Funding Success!

We are incredibly proud to announce that Fulham Reach Boat Club has been awarded £399,000 over the next three years by The National Lottery Community Fund to support our work with the local state schools.  The funding will go directly to support the coaching and other costs involved with 1,200 students taking part in activity on the Thames from 14 different state school across two London boroughs.

FRBC CEO, Steve O’Connor, said, “As an organisation we are unbelievably grateful to The National Lottery Community Fund and everyone that has played the National Lottery.  This funding will ensure that we can continue to use the sport to unlock the potential of a generation of young people as well as open up sustainable access to the River for our whole community.”
