Would you like to coach at FRBC?

Fulham Reach Boat Club exists to unlock the potential of young people through rowing. Our coaching team uses the sport to teach confidence, ambition, focus and teamwork to young people that ordinarily wouldn't get the chance to take part. We currently work with a total of 19 schools as well as our own junior and adult members covering everything from Learn to Row right through to winning races.  On a decent week more than 600 people will row from FRBC!

We're looking to expand our coaching team and have sessions available across all of the groups we coach. 

You will clearly need to be an experienced rowing coach but above all else you need to have a passion for introducing people to this incredible sport, particularly those that wouldn't normally get the chance. There is between 10 - 20 hours a week currently available but with our 1:1 sessions and new courses being released we are expecting this number to rise.

We also believe in looking after our team so will make sure that you have a Tideway Endorsement, RYA L2 Powerboat, BR Qualifications as well as being able to directly input into the future plan for FRBC.

As you'll be working with children this role is also subject to two references and a clean DBS.
