Junior Learn to Row
Our 1 week Junior Learn To Row course is the perfect way to be introduced to the sport and develop the basic skills quickly in a fun environment!
Each day consists of a mix of land and water sessions where you will be introduced to the technical skills, fitness and teamwork necessary to enjoy your time on the water and in the gym.

Our highly experienced coaches, supported by our junior members, will teach you in a safe and enjoyable environment.

This course is open to any junior aged between 14-18 years old (school years 9-13) who is new to the sport. After completing the Junior Learn To Row course you can progress to our Junior Pro Course or you can continue your rowing as a junior member at FRBC. Please note spaces are limited for our junior membership and issued on a first come first basis before the start of each term.
