Booking terms
Payments, Refunds and Cancellations: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place on a course or private coaching session. Bookings will not be confirmed until payment is received. Cancellations must be made at least 4 weeks in advance to be eligible for a full refund. For cancellations made with less notice, a refund will only be issued if a suitable replacement participant can be found. Where possible, we will also aim to offer an alternative placement on a future course.
Adverse Weather Conditions: In the event that conditions on the water are deemed unsafe, a land-based training session will be provided in place of the scheduled water activity.
River Closures: Should the river be closed, participants will be offered either a land-based session or an alternative date.
Minimum Attendance Requirement: Coaching sessions may be subject to cancellation if minimum participant numbers are not met. In such cases, an alternative date or refund will be offered.
Participant Responsibilities: Participants are expected to arrive on time and dressed appropriately for the activity (please see below). Anyone deemed unfit to participate (e.g. due to illness or unsafe behaviour) may be asked to sit out without refund.
Medical Conditions: It is the responsibility of the participant (or parent/guardian) to inform coaches of any relevant medical conditions prior to the session. Our waiver must be completed before your first session.
Photography and Media: From time to time, we may take photographs or videos for use in our promotional materials. If you do not wish to be included, please notify us in advance.
