- It is your duty to, update any changes to your physical activity readiness both before and during any activity with FRBC.
- It is your duty to, update any changes to any of your details while you participate in activities at FRBC.
- Payment is due immediately to reserve your place on the course or private coaching session.
- In the event we are faced with adverse conditions. If we are unable to safely get on the water, we will continue with a valuable session on land. If a land session is not appropriate we will notify you by email along with a replacement session date.

- Refunds for cancellations of any courses are not provided unless 28 days' notice in writing is given before the first session of the course.
- Refunds for cancellations of private coaching are not provided unless 48 hours' notice in writing is given before the session.
