A Great Day at the Scullers Head

Saturday 2nd December saw the largest ever contingent of FRBC scullers head to the water to do battle at the annual Vesta Scullers Head of the River Race. There were some outstanding results from our Juniors to Masters but special mention must go to our Head Coach, German, and Schools Manager, Meghann. German had a storming run down the track to finish 2nd in the Elite Mens category and Meghann (racing for Thames Rowing Club) went on to go one better and win the Women's Elite title and was the fastest woman of the day!

Pierre - 4th / 24 - Mens Club
Aidan - 7th / 13 - Men J16
Emilio - 4th / 10 - Mens Masters (Fresher D-G)
Patricia - 3rd / 4 - Womens Lwt Club
Rosa - 4th / 13 - Womens School/Junior
Maria 7th / 13 - Womens School/Junior

And racing for Thames Rowing Club (but we're claiming it too!)

Meghann - 1st / 5 - Womens Elite & Fastest Woman
