Boat Club Co-ordinator

Fulham Reach Boat Club is a UK registered charity which believes that rowing provides a unique experience to help people achieve their full potential. We believe this so passionately that our aim is to establish rowing programmes in all 12 state secondary schools in Hammersmith and Fulham by 2021. With this achieved we will then seek to create programmes within each of the 52 state schools that surround the Boat Race course in neighbouring boroughs.  As well as our work with schools, we also pride ourselves in being a Centre of Excellence for teaching the whole community to row.  This includes our Adult and Junior members, Learn to Row courses, 1 to 1 sessions as well as Corporate Rowing packages.  We are one of the few professionally run Boat Clubs in the UK and are constantly investing in the training of our team to ensure that we can deliver the safest and highest quality sessions on and off the water.

We're looking to expand our team to now include a Boat Club Co-ordinator.  You will be responsible for managing and completing all day-to-day tasks needed to keep a Boat Club on the water and operating in as safe an environment as possible.  This role will report into the Club Manager and involve administrative support, communicating with our members, helping on social media and PR campaigns and management of the fleet and building.
